Commission TOS

-As long as I’m not busy, and my health is decent,
commissions are generally done within a week or two.
-I can, however, do rush orders for an additional fee.☆I have my right to deny a commission
-Please do not pressure me to draw something I'm uncomfortable drawing
-or if I feel I cannot do the character justice.☆When you receive your commission, you May re-upload it and share it
-as long as I'm credited for my work.
☆You MAY NOT use my art for commercial use, claim my artwork as your own, post it anywhere without crediting me, or edit it. Please respect my artwork for what it is.-NOTES-
☆I Do Not do refunds.
☆I will not draw 18+ mature content.
☆I will not draw Canon characters as a commission.
☆I Will do small amounts of blood, but Not full on gore.
☆A clear visual reference is a must, I will not work with a description.
☆Traditional references are okay, but there's no guarantee the colors will be 100%
☆All images will have a transparent background.
-Unless you would like something simple, then I can add a price for that.
☆Feral characters are my strongest point.
☆I can also draw horses, humans, humanoids, kemonomimis, anthros and such.
-But I'm willing to give other things a try. Just ask! :)

Adopt Terms of Service

• You may slightly change the design. Don't make the original design unrecognizable. Feel free to add/remove clothing, horns, tails, piercings, wings etc.!• You may change the species after purchase. (ex. don't want it to be a dog? Feel free to make it a horse, human, alligator etc.)• You may not make the adopt into some made-up original or closed species you or anyone else created. If my adopt wasn't originally intended to be a user created species, then please do not make it one.• You may sell the adopt bought for the same price you purchased it at, trade it or give away. (Unless it comes with paid art, that of course can be added to the original price.)• You may not claim the design as your own. You MUST credit me for the design.• I do not take partial payments, you must give it in full upfront.• I will only accept PayPal USD as payment (or Deviantart Points if listed as so). I do not accept refunds, so please be sure you really want the adopt before buying!• TH is not required, but can be provided!
